Nationwide Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Senator David Mark, has declared that the celebration is not going to permit itself to be rigged out within the coming elections.
Mark made the disclosure all through a courtesy consult with via the Governing Council of the Savannah Centre for International relations, Democracy and Construction to the celebration headquarters in Abuja on Wednesday.
