The Imo State Police Command has commenced an investigation into its officer recognized as ASP Gabriel Utuh, group chief of the Speedy Reaction Squad, RRS, deployed alongside Owerri -Orlu highway for allegedly assaulting a civilian whilst on accountability.
In line with a press observation issued in the course of the table of the spokesperson of the Command, Henry Okoye, the investigation was essential following a viral video appearing the officer assaulting the person at the highway.
