Nigerian singer Victony has launched a remix of his hit track ‘Slick’, that includes American singer Summer time Walker and rapper-singer Don Toliver in a collaboration that blends Afrobeats with recent R&B.
The remix brings in combination 3 artists from other musical backgrounds, exploring appeal, intimacy and self belief thru Victony’s Nigerian sound, Walker’s easy vocals and Toliver’s melodic supply.
Victony maintains the unique monitor’s playful power, whilst Walker provides her unique R&B taste and Toliver enhances the file together with his melodic method.
The lyrics centre on need, bodily chemistry and mutual appeal, conserving the flirtatious temper of the unique track whilst introducing the 2 American artists to the file.
The collaboration brings Nigerian Afrobeats into dialog with recent American R&B and hip-hop influences, broadening the sound of ‘Slick’ in the course of the contributions of Walker and Toliver.
