The Commander-In-Leader of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Bola Tinubu, has authorized the appointment of Y. M. Bichi, the speedy previous Director-Normal of the Department of State Services (DSS), as chairman of the Governing Board of the Nationwide Institute for Safety Research (NISS), Decrease Usuma Dam, Abuja.
